Lard Lard / Gerator

Intermediate

Lets see, as you can see I do this from a half lash. I definitely recommend learn scuffing them first. Basically, start holding the back brake.  When you get into the position; you want to have your right hand by your back pocket area, lift your arm so your elbow is slightly bent. Your free arm will be your counter balance. The tighter you pull the frame to you, the slower you spin.  And when you drop your arm a bit you'll spin faster.  I get out by pivoting my body inward and catch the other grip, momentum takes you the rest of the way.  From Half-lash, its sort of "neutral transition" meaning try to pause your

momentum while you jump to gyrator.  It's a split second timing thing and you pull yourself into position.  Lean forward; stay bent at the waste in transition then pull up once you feel the gyrator position.  save video (1.2 megs)
