| Hang 5 / Hang Nothing |
Novice |
| Roll forward at a medium
speed. One foot on front peg, other foot either on pedal or back peg.
Lean forward- push your bars forward lifting your back end up 'till the seat
goes on your butt (that is the key). Keep your arms tight, and use the
free leg for balance. Don't be afraid to fall forward- it will happen.
Don't use brakes. Some people learn this in a day- others it takes a
long long time. Just keep practicing and your balance point will come.
Try adjusting your seat height, find something comfortable and stick with it
until you learn it. With Hang Nothings- all the pressure is shifted to your arms and butt. Keep them tight- but Hang 5's must be completely dialed first. save video |
